How does Lifeways Consulting provide Coaching?
Coaching is a one on one process where our Consultants will help you identify realistic goals and pathways to get there. With Lifeways Consulting, you are in the driver’s seat while we help you with the direction you need to get from A to Z.
Your Consultant will assist you to identifying ‘Specific, Measurable, Realistic, Achievable and Timely’ (S.M.A.R.T) goals within the first one to two sessions. These goals will help give you clear direction about areas you may need further development in, and where you feel you are ready to implement change.
How many sessions will I require?
Each session runs for 1 hour, and there are no set number of sessions required to start to achieve outcomes. You may decide two sessions are enough to get you started, or you may want five or six sessions and then take your own time to implement the strategies you have developed, returning periodically as required.
How do I get the most out of the session?
To get the most out of the Coaching sessions it is helpful to bring along your ideas, concerns and thoughts in writing, so the sessions can be structured and efficient.
Am I guaranteed to achieve everything that I set out to achieve?
No. For some people change can be a difficult journey, so unfortunately there will be times where you may need to re-evaluate the timing of a goal, undertake more training, or better understand the needs of those around you.
